LPA Photographers / AOP Awards Finalists

LPA are over the moon to announce that both Nick David and duo Wilma, comprised of Will Morgan and Martin Slivka, have been selected as finalists in this years AOP Awards!

Nick David’s short film about the art of Japanese Denim making, ‘Made in Japan’ created in collaboration with Jack Flynn, has been nominated in the Moving Image Photojournalism category.

And Wilma’s image featuring perfect spheres of ice, has been nominated in the Food and Drink Single Image category!

The AOP Awards ceremony will be taking place tomorrow morning at 11am in a special virtual presentation, you can find more details of this here.

If selected as winners, Nick’s film and Wilma’s image will be displayed in an exhibition at One Canada Square in Canary Wharf and will be open to the public and run from the 11th January until the 26th February 2021. They will also appear in this years AOP Awards book, which will feature all finalists and winners work from each category.
