LPA Futures / Steven Joyce / Temper Restaurant

LPA Futures winner 2017 Steven Joyce has been very busy shooting for restaurant Temper, a new restaurant headed up by chef Neil Rankin. Neil, who has been on programmes such as The Great British Menu as well as running a number of restaurants in the UK, was keen to capture the restaurant in action, showing the open kitchen in use, including fire pit and large BBQ grids.

The brief was to capture the energy and vibrancy of the restaurant, as well as the essence of eating together and sharing food. Here Steven captured the chef's in action, both during service and earlier in the day when they are butchering the meat and preparing the kitchen, telling the whole story. We love the action in these shots and how well Steven has fulfilled the brief, amazing work!
