LPA Futures / Steven Joyce / Prawn on the Lawn: Fish and Seafood to Share

Food and drink photographer, and Futures winner, Steven Joyce has been working with restaurant Prawn on the Lawn again recently, this time shooting for their recipe book! Steve worked with commissioning editors Emily Preece-Morrison and Stefanie Milner as well as food stylist Oliver Rowe and prop styling Linda Berlin.

The brief here was to capture recipes of 'seafood to share' and shots of owner Rick and Katie Toogood in Padstow, sharing with friends.

Steve said they had to be careful to work around the weather on this shoot, BBQing on the beach at 8am before a thunderstorm and shooting an evening summer garden party on the wettest day of our location shoot. However Steve and the team managed to capture these amazing images despite the bad weather!
