We are looking for an Agent to join our team! This is a very exciting opportunity for the right person.
We are looking for a new person to join our small, friendly team as an Agent. The role is predominantly PR and Marketing with the opportunity for some shoot production.
Your main responsibility will be to maintain LPA’s high profile in the industry and promote our individual photographers to advertising and design agencies. This is a junior to mid-weight role, training and support will be provided, but some relevant experience is necessary. The ability to work under your own initiative is imperative. As the newest recruit, you will also be assigned some of the general day-to-day admin tasks, so we are looking for someone not afraid to muck in!
What else are we looking for? You need to be organised and meticulous, hardworking yet easy going, able to write good copy and recognise a strong commercial image, be enthusiastic and honest, constructive and collaborative and have a knowledge of the industry and our part in it. We also need someone who is a complete social media whizz and has a basic understanding of Photoshop and InDesign.

Full time position available from mid-March. Salary according to experience and based on what you can bring to LPA.
