Lisa Pritchard at Developing Nicely / Young Photographers Creativity Conference

A few weeks ago Lisa was proud to be part of Developing Nicely, The Young Photographer's Creativity Conference.  This is a fantastic initiative for A-level photography students conceived by Chris Francis, a teacher from St. Peter's School, Bournemouth. The conference was a jam packed, day long event of presentations, portfolio viewings and workshop activities held at the Lighthouse in Poole.

It was an amazingly inspiring day with students, teachers, lecturers, recent graduates and industry professionals engaging together, sharing insights, idea and experiences.  Aside from Lisa advising all these young bloods, highly-acclaimed photographers Tom Oldham and Stephen Gill shared invaluable insights into their work,  and a panel of emerging talent including LPA Futures alumnus Ben Roberts talked about their experiences of breaking into the industry.  There was also an impressive exhibition of contemporary student work.
