Exciting and unorthodox photographer Gerwyn Davies from LPA Futures is featured in this month's British Journal of Photography for his series Beast where his imagination and costume making skills come to the fore. Inspired by the transformative process of clothing and the way our physical dress can be a projection of our inner self, Gerwyn's self portraits abandon social conventions in favour of a more imaginative realm. The lighting and framing of the photography adds to the fantastical and fun effect of the materials clothing a new, unique self. Great to see one of our Futures featured in BJP!
