LPA Pop Up Agent/ Identica / Waterford Crystal
Although still in challenging times, LPA Pop Up Agent are delighted to still be able to facilitate lots of shoots. We’ve been helping agencies, brands and photographers alike and recently put our ‘art buying hat’ on to find the perfect photographer for a client of ours.
Last year, branding agency Identica contacted us to see if we could help them find a photographer and film maker for their client Waterford Crystal. The shoot needed to be in the town of Waterford, in Ireland as they wanted images of the artisans working in the workshop there, focusing on looking at the craftsmanship through the artisans' eyes.
Due to the ongoing pandemic restrictions we weren’t able to send one of our own photographers, as quarantining for 2 weeks once there wasn’t a practical option! So the search was on to find a more local photographer.
We were excited to be able to find the perfect fit, talented Dublin based Mark Henderson. Mark’s portfolio and experience were spot on for the job. Also, Lisa had come into contact with him initially through her Portfolio Reviews so we knew he was a thoroughly nice guy, a pleasure to deal with, and top of his game in both stills and moving image.
Liaising with Account director Daisy Benn, Mark and Creative Director Richard Clayton, we did our agent thing, pinned down the requirements and budget, negotiated fees and oversaw the scheduling and smooth running of the 4 day shoot.

If you are looking for a photographer for either an overseas or more local project, we’d be happy to help. Likewise, if you are an unsigned photographer and need help with anything shoot related, from fees to treatments, contracts to model releases, production to invoicing, PUA can come to the rescue!
