EMMA STONER / QUEER WONDERLAND AT GLASTONBURY

It’s officially been one week since Glastonbury 2024 closed its doors…for the ravers amongst us, this one is for you. Emma Stoner was at the nation’s favourite festival capturing all things Scissors, which is the first-ever femme queer venue at the festival.

‘Last week I joined curator Sam Moyo at Scissors - the first ever femme queer venue at Glastonbury Festival. The team created a beautiful space, a ‘queer wonderland’ with great vibes, fabulous decor and an incredible lineup.

I captured all of the action - late night gigs and speakers, including Sophie Ellis Bextor and Beth Ditto. One highlight for me was when Sam and I ventured to the Greenpeace Field on Friday. Sam was introducing Dr Jane Goodall and we got to meet her! She is such an inspiration and it was amazing that she made it to Glastonbury aged 90!! She is pictured here trying on Sam’s mushroom hat!

Congratulations to Sam for curating the most exciting and unique venue at Glastonbury this year. Thanks for having me along team!’ Emma Stoner
