LPA are Hiring!
We are looking for a marketing person to join our small friendly team, representing some of the countries best commercial photographers. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for the right person.
The role is predominantly PR and Marketing but you will also be required to help with shoot estimating and production when things get busy.
Your main responsibility will be to maintain LPA’s high profile in the industry and promote our individual photographers to advertising, design agencies, businesses and brands, as well as promoting our other services. This is a mid-weight role, training and support will be provided, but relevant experience is necessary. The ability to work under your own initiative is imperative.
What else are we looking for? You need to be able to recognise a strong commercial image and have picture editing skills. A knowledge of the industry and our part in it is essential. You need to be a strong communicator with amazing people skills and have a natural drive for PR. The successful person will be able to write good copy and be an absolute social media whizz. You will also be extremely motivated to set up meetings and present our agency work to potential clients. We are also looking for someone who has a very good understanding of Photoshop, InDesign and Squarespace.
Full time position available from mid August. Salary according to experience and based on what you can bring to LPA.
We have a super workspace in Shoreditch, and offer a flexible WFH option. You will be required in the office 3 days a week but can go in as often as you like.
