NICK DAVID / CANAL RIVER TRUST

With October being the month that holds Mental Health Awareness week it felt fitting that we share the work of our photographer Nick David. This nationwide campaign aimed to help encourage young adults to spend more time near the water to improve mental health and well-being. Those aged 20–24 are finding it difficult to come back from the pandemic, and evidence shows that their mental well-being is particularly affected. Commissioned by the East London creative agency Red Stone these images should realign us all with nature.
