LPA Covid- 19 Shoot Guidelines
As lockdown begins to ease and LPA Production are getting busy organising upcoming shoots, we wanted to reassure our clients that we will be strictly following both the Government advice and the AOP Covid-19 Shoot/Production guidelines to ensure the safety of everyone on set during the current pandemic.
Fortunately LPA Production have been able to organise remote photoshoots throughout lockdown, with the majority of our photographers being able to shoot from their homes or studios with remote art directing. Check out what we can do here.
For shoot productions where remote photoshoots are not an option we have been keeping crew sizes to a minimum and ensuring that a 2 metre distance is kept between people where possible. All call times and lunch times will be staggered in order to keep contact between crew to a minimum, and there will be PPE provided for those who require it, as well as copious amounts of hand sanitiser and paper towels, plus several other measures to ensure everyone’s safety. There will also be a specially appointed person on set who will be responsible for ensuring that all the guidelines are followed throughout the day. Furthermore, all crew will be required to read and agree to the Covid- 19 Health Statement to ensure all the advice has been taken on board before the shoot takes place.
With careful planning and a clear understanding of the shoot guidelines, we are looking forward to getting back to organising plenty of shoots and supplying lots of fresh and fantastic imagery to our clients.
